As a niche-industry marketer (if I must be boxed), hiring and inspiring the right mix of self-managing, talent to champion creative visions whilst maintaining a fanatical discipline and focus on accountability is my great challenge. To be capable of such leadership is remarkable. Most entrepreneurs must content themselves with a "good enough" talent pool. "Good enough" - foul words that rarely are.
